Unfortunately you are right, the gals at the coffee shop have an awful lot of slime to clean up when the morning coffee crowd "here" leaves. It will be interesting to see how such a large number of landlords in such a localized area are affected and how attitudes and business practices change because of all of this.
The Landlords made out like Bandidts for a few years... now they will have to accept reality and rent their land to honest farmers for a lot lower rent.
Confidently, Stamp put a lot of pivots on rented ground with long term contracts... This is going to be a headache for Wells Fargo or whomever. |
