So how many tennants are going running back to the greedy landlords with hugs and kisses? Only to get screwed over again. Farming isnt as simple as it used to be, theres a ton of back stabbers in the good ole boys club at morning coffee. Lock that ground in for years with a flexible contract that works for everybody and guys like Stamp wont be able to make a name for himself. Stop being so damned gullible folks.

It doesn't hurt to be featured on Top Producer as a Runner of for Top Producer of the year.. The Landlords had nothing to loose.. Stamp took good care of fertility and he paid half the rent in the Spring..

Half of what Stamp paid is pretty much what others pay in Full. In this situation the Land Lords came out smelling like a Rose.. The Question is who is going to loose here? The Banks or the IRS ?

Stamp simply outgrew his Bankers in his "words" In an article with the same theme? I wonder who came up with this idea first Stamp or Top Producer?

I call it being "TOO FAR IN DEBT!" SOME ONE NEEDS TO TELL STAMP AND OBAMA THAT YOU CAN'T BORROW YOUR WAY OUT OF DEBT!

Bernie Madoff pulled off his Ponzi scheme for many years and spent Billions on his lavish life style for years.. now he is an old fart in Prison, his one Son Committed Suicide and his wife won't speak to him.
