If you lose 25% of your dirt in one smack, its your own fault for hangin it out so far. If that 25% is detrimental to your business sucess, sorry bout your luck. Never said it would be detrimental to the business but it would sure piss you off though wouldn't it? How would you totally secure land so you don't lose it? Just curious because around here nobody goes past a 5 year lease not because I wouldn't it's because of the landlords in the area? I actually fit your own your dirt and not rent it category only rent 230 acres. |
