| "Here" 10 over would be points off. A lawyer can probably "fix" it for you. (it would depend on there court excepting but hey----it will be another $100 or so in there treasury) It will cost you a couple $100 extra (lawyer + extra fine) but I would do it for the points and the insurance angle.
As far as all the advice about fighting it in court ----------- sheeech ---- You may be costing the officer and court system time but what the heck is your time worth!! Trap or not you say you are guilty. From your description probably his attitude is what the real rub is. I wouldn't waste my time with revenge.
Got caught sort of same way awhile back. One of those 4lane 70 MPH that dropped back to 65 close to a city. 2 lanes full of traffic and I was in the outside one driving with traffic , didn't see any signs. He could have picked any of a dozen. When I saw the lights looked at my garmin and it said 65. Of course I was running 75!!! Payed the lawyer and the fine.
