Washington Co Ks | I sympathize with you but I think I would pay the fine and just mark it up to one of those unfair things in life. You were speeding and in court ignorance of the law is no excuse. In Marysville Kansas there are overpass on two of the enterances to town and there is a drop in the speed limit on the downhill side of both of them. You often see an officer setting at the bottom. You have to use your breaks to slow down as you are going downhill. It seems that the biggest thing they catch people for is seat belt violations. | |
