If you have had 15 tickets, you should not be allowed to drive.
And that is why it's a good thing one individual is not allowed to make the rules for the entire nation.
I don't have a ton of tickets on my record but I can sure see that it's not a good idea to make absolute statements like that. I can also see I'm prone to absolute statements so it's a good idea I'm not in charge either. |
