Like five lock said, might try to give it the N early as possiable to promote spring tillering. I would plant all my wheat at that rate if I wasn't trying to get some grazing out of it. I have started planting a little more because N is so expensive, its just as cheap to plant a Bu of wheat as it is to put on 20 pounds of N early. Of course treated seed changes all that. With treated seed your economics might still promote low seeding rate and more N early
