I agree you have to have a certain amt of passion, but more people have failed doing things for "pleasure" than have succeeded. I think Garvo is right--if he doesn't crunch the numbers he has been lucky.
If I was to do it over, I wouldn't even have been in the Ag college, I would have gotten an MBA.
The numbers matter more than anything else--ANYTHING.
Desk time pays the highest ROI.
I would wait or quit--I sure wouldn't expand right now.
