Sit on your hands and don't do anything too drastic right now. $8 corn won't last forever, but it could last for a while. I would hate for the swine industry to lose somone like you!
If you do build somthing, build somthing that is flexible like you said. I would spend six months to a year shopping for exactly what you want in your barn and see what happens in the grain and livestock industries. Let things settle down a bit and see how you feel then. Good luck! KLo
