I'm sorry to say, your got ripped off big time . . . . those are programs specifially made to lock up your pc and or scan it to say you have problems (some create the problem). It's possible you could have shut down and when you pc was booting up, to open in safe mode, then do a system restore from a couple days earlier before the melware set up shop on your pc . . . .
I had a simular melware program attack me a few weeks ago .. . I was able to get rid of it with Melwarebytes - free program and spybot, another free program.
I would consider canceling that credit card - seriously . . .
