| I have century link online security.I was using the computer and all of the sudden a message came on saying a virus is tring to take over the computer .I hit shut down and walked away for fifteen minutes came back and to my surprise the computer never shut down and it was locked up ,I unplugged it rebooted but 18 virus had taken over my computer and it stayed locked up.Message came on saying I had to install .

I gave credit card and purchaced lifetime and it immediatly took away the 18 viruses and said it would show up as payed to w.w.w.software.com on my credit card.
Did I have a choice to not pay this and delete it another way.
Why did century link security not stop the attack.I know I should have unplugged the computer when this happened but assumed it would shut down as I hit shut down and walked away | |
