Subject: RE: When is enough enough??

Our operation has been buying a quarter every 5 years. My wife and I are majority share holders and only operators but there's other family members financially involved.

We have annual meetings and have not come up with better investments that we are comfortable with. Yes we have some money in stocks and such but our family has built wealth from land ownership.

I'm to the point we don't need more land. Very comfortable with the way our operation runs. I just can't come up with another investment that I want to deal with that will continue to hold value and pay dividends to the family.

We are seriously considering buying land in areas that seem to have the best roi( which I know is low) and just being land lords to that newly acquired land.
