Based on grain prices farm ground has to decline however farmers that signed acres up for solar are likely going to look for ground to replace it….and they got the income to pay and the equipment and the bin space. That and general development will help land prices. Not to mention all the healthy farmers from the last 3 yrs of high prices.
Getto ground in east Indiana just sold for close to $18k.
