Or lets say you purchased it knowing it was to expensive and knowing you probably couldn't make the payment but usda loaned you half the money anyway. Now you have it cant make payment but usda pays their half due to economic hardships under the inflation reduction act. True story. We did it Joe!!!! Insert awkward Kamala cackle.
