Wisconsin | Solar and wind is such a huge investment that the land is virtually irrelevant to the total cost, that's why they don't care about taking up prime farmland, they're not spending another $40k an acre to deal with hills when flat ground is cheap.
I don't understand the difference between the economic reasons vs other reasons statement. Hard to deny the economic factors. But I've also been predicting a housing market collapse since '98, and wasn't even right in 2008 because it wasn't nearly as bad (or good of buying opportunity) as I thought it should be. And if I was mostly wrong before covid, I was completely wrong with what housing did since covid. | |
