Two things to help me sleep:
1. Keep a pad of paper near the bed. If I wake up thinking about what I need to get done in the morning, I write it down so I won't forget and then seem to relax and sleep better.
2. I keep the TV on low (usually ESPN), set timer and go to sleep. Having the TV on low takes my mind off of dailey stuff.
