| Have the same problem, of course you can go to a doctor and get on something for anxiety for at night, that can help. But what is on the market now is CBD oil. It is made from the hemp plant. No THC in it so no getting high. I talked to my doctor about it and she said go for it. No bad side effects, unless you call tasting bad (to me). I do not like the oil, but tried the gummies and they are good and slept really well. Not cheap, but it helps more then sleep. Google it, it will explain a lot more then I can. | |
