Gary, as far as the amount of Holsteins on feed don't you think that's driven more from price of milk then beef? Seems like the beef side of a Holstein is just an inevitable by product. Headed out west a couple weeks back I sure saw a lot of Holsteins on feed and lots of them were huge. No doubt about that.
