Wrong.  not 1 in 25.. 80's had 81..83 and 88..

Do a little research on the AMO/PDO cycle and get back to me.. 80's were WET.. vs now..

1) mostly like year for 2017 is 2011
2) got another 2011/2012 year coming in 2016..17..18.. or 19
3) ditto. 

oh and then Weather Trends.. but they were a little early last year.. and I said so at the time.
