North of I64 south east il | yeah I know I guess it was the just the farmer in me thinking prices will go up and ill be kicking myself. What do you think a fair offer would be with those yields because I know im not going to get it for 120 like dads. I was thinking of offering 2/3 and 1/3 that way if prices go up they win if they go down they suffer with me. Money upfront is not needed for landlord |
