lizton IN | Around here it isn't farmers buying land. It more investment money. I guess some farmers are or farmers trading a few acres around a city for a bunch of acres 10-20 miles out. I think land will come down because the ROI will not be there for the investors. Around here the ground run up isn't like the 80'S. The real touch of death was high interest rates in the 80'S. So when that comes back down everything goes.
