Budgets look ugly right now, but farmers like to buy land. Regardless of the likelihood that it would actually happen, what would it take to make you a buyer right now?
Some examples:
-land prices drop XX% from today's price, or from the high
-something sized so you can pay cash
-purchase be able to cover it's mortgage payment with normal rent after XX% down payment
Maybe some combination of the above, or are you simply not going to buy under any circumstance until we know more about where the world economy is going?
