With cover crops really catching on cereal rye seed is in high demand. Cleaned and bagged rye used to sell for $11 a bag about 5 years ago and now it is more like $18. If you had a bin to put it in I'm guessing you could sell it for $10-$12 in small lots right out of the field. Would probably only yield about 75% of what wheat would but there would be more straw to sell.
