I don't know how anybody outside of just making a lucky call get the timing right. I can see lots of people with the potential to think through a number of potential possibilities that might eventually be right.

But to get the timing right and the outcome right, there are so many combinations of triggers and potential events I just can not see anyone predicting anything say a year in advance.

That is why we all buy insurance for various things. We don't buy it for the things we know. We buy it for the things we are aware of that could potentially go wrong that we hope do not, and even likely will not.
