Marion,ks | X2 on what ekeller2 and oilfarmer said we are still dealing with issues from leases made in the early 60s and 70s . We have to farm around 2 well sites for less then $100 ayear in income to make matters worse we have to pay $40.00 a year property tax on them. We are in Ks. Let them drill on your neighbors first and see what what the results are before getting involvled with them. All their leases are totally in their favor and the landowner usally gets screwed. | |
