Mid-Michigan | In the perfect situation, I just let them sit and let mother nature settle them down. You don't have that luxury. If you can, try not to fall into any trench/hook up with a narrow front tire. Skim along each side of the trench with your disk. You might have to do this a couple times. Understand that this won't be perfect. You will feel those lines for a year or two unless you have a land leveler. Also, don't get frustrated with wet areas that you thought you fixed. Those wet areas have been compacted by you or water standing on it for years/centuries. Where you want the tile to work the best, it will actually work the worst until your soil profile improves.
