coast of Maine | I must be doing something wrong ,maybe its veg/fruit production,farming that much ground our main mechanics salary is 65k with costs of comp etc included.So add another 100 k to that for parts etc is easy most seasons.Some day i will get an easy grain farm ,,hehe,,I have done the lease purchase on some things before ,,I guess it all depends but we were always the one responsible for repairs,always took buyout at the end of the leases.I think it made more sense in high interest times. | |
