MO | Your repairs for those acres are completely out of hand honestly unless you've had horrible luck and lost major power train components on multiple pieces. For 550 acres I can't see how a lease would even be on the table. Awesome if that works for you but I sure couldn't make myself do that. I can't imagine you not being able to buy something and keep your out of pocket expense way less than a lease. Especially now with current lease terms. | |
