Dealer where I. Purchased my F150 has started sending messages wanting to buy my truck, a 2017 model.
Problem is , dealer has no new trucks for me to buy.
That has been going on for years, happened about a year after I bought a new 2017 Explorer. I suspect it is just part of a sales or promotional package car manufacturers offer dealers to sign up for, may even be offered by an advertising company. The dealer signs up for this once a year and gets the same package of advertising mailings, texts and telemarketing. They signed up as it would be a normal year but low and behold due to the blown out of proportion virus they have no new vehicles for you to trade up to. Do you really think the are looking for your trade in vehicle to sell? Nope, they just want to get their new iron in circulation. Unfortunately at the moment some of the new iron is in slim pickings. |
