Had the customer already made up his mind about what action he expected and then post about it on an Internet forum so he could find some agreeable opinions to make him feel better about what he was intending to do?
I don't know what you mean by this comment but I had long since decided I was eating the entire bill before I even contacted the owner and informed him of the issue. I also have not told the owner there will be no charges.
