The insurance company has to work with the policy you bought for a claim. If you think you got screwed you may not understand what you bought or have not had annual reviews with your agent
Agents are less friendly when you stake a claim on your fire and have to tell you that you are not getting everything you thought you were......All of a sudden they can tell you this isn't covered and that isn't covered etc...... But you don't hear much about that when you buy the policy from them. |
