Nash County, NC | My father lost his shop several years back.
He decided to hire a firm that list your assets for the insurance company claim. They got 10% of claim. He said it was well worth it because there was lots of small items they listed he would not have bothered with. They also have experience of navigating the insurance system.
Completely different situation as his was personal not commercial claim but they were able to get the max his policy would pay out. He told me he isn’t sure he would have due to the time involved doing this type of inventory.
