SC KS
Seems to me that blitzkrieg success made them cocky throughout the entire war, thus they miscalculated a lot.
1). Not wiping the allies off europe.
2). Murdering 100,000s of viable troops in concentration camps. Maybe the slave labor and the effort to kill and imprison them was more beneficial than the fighting soldier and the moral of conquered people to be for instead of against.
3). Dividing the east army instead of focusing on the St. Petersburg/moscow. The oil and stalingrad surely weren't that important.
4). The precision of german engineering vs slapping lower cost higher number equipment together.
5). The whole world at once vs stages? Really?
6). Sending the letter to Mexico then declaring war after Pearl Harbor.
8). Being so arrogant that they thought their codes couldn't and weren't busted.

Again no expert and wasn't there to see the chess board fall, but am grateful they screwed up so many opportunities. But history is easier to relive vs make.
