| We are actually about 1.8 inches above normal for the year. I have been tiling some flat ground near the south end of the SD MN border and water has been beating me back to the hole. I tiled some ground near home before the last big rain and it was much dryer then. This last week was so overcast that there was not a lot of drying in spite of the wind. I am surprised how moist things are for as dry as it was last fall. A lot of people's sump pumps have been running again. | |
