East Palestine, Ohio (Columbiana Co.) | Our local paper "here", had an article this past week saying New Mexico had very little sno pack this year on their hills so wouldn't be much melt/run-off to recharge already low reservoirs and water supplies. According to article, New Mexico has water agreements with Texas, so, they can't legally hold the water back to try and refill their own shortcomings. Expecting a pretty dire circumstance this summer, unless catch some unusual rain events yet this spring, which, for the area seemed pretty unlikely.
