I know your taking some heat for your comments about not much inflation after the housing crisis in '08 but I agree with you. I was expecting the same thing to happen and it really never did. We had inflation, yes, but not runaway inflation like some predicted.
This time COULD be different. A LOT more money was pumped in this time around then you have the pandemic that slowed the economy that may have an abrupt rebound causing shortages which will cause inflation.
