Subject: inflation, just thinking

I was thinking all this helicopter money would cause inflation. and it will.
However, if the bank has a $100 deposit, they can loan out $400, if I remember correctly. When the rona came out folks pulled back and stopped borrowing. That should cause deflation.
Perhaps we won't have as much inflation as we thought?
Some one correct me if I am wrong about loaning 4x the deposit.
