After the housing “crisis” money was pumped into the economy, it was thought to cause inflation, yet never did.

We are seeing supply issues affecting prices. We did see inflation the past couple years in housing, but it brought things back to trend line values. I think if your buying now, hoping for inflation, that you missed the boat. There will be a peak, then a correction in values, when? Idk.
