East Central Nebraska | My Dad's 1st gleaner was a K then on to the G's after that. I don't remember much on it other that much of an improvement from his minni moline with no cab. Friend of mine has a F2 with 4 row head and I believe 13ft grain head. Just bought it last fall. Agree with others, this was in the 70's. Not much of a market for them around my area anymore either nowadays. Back when Dad started with his K, we were lucky to be done by mid-december. Now we hope to be done by Nov 1 and not much more acres than we had with the old K. | |
