The freezer beef market is an excellent example of that. People selling for basically sale barn prices and then adding the extra work of chasing payments, lining up buyers, meat delivery ect. These people clearly do not value their time.
Hay market can be that way at times too. People selling their fertility off the land and they don’t have enough margin to replace it. As long as they have enough for a 30 pack when they are done they think they won. | |
