Jon, there is no "save as", or at least not one I can find. I can find a "copy" but that's it. I have settup a folder in "My Documents" titled "Oil Reports" and have been able to copy the attachments over to that folder. However, I can find no way to combine several reports into one file within that folder. I have tried to drag & drop & that doesn't work either.
