| I receive our oil sample reports via e-mail as an attachment. What I would like to do is to be able to save the attachments to a specific file. By this I mean I want to settup a folder titled "Oil Reports" and then have different files in that folder for each machine and then as a oil report for that machine comes in via e-mail be able to move it to the specific file for that machine. Best I have been able to do so far is to create a folder then move the attachments to that folder but I haven't been able to group the rorts into a file for each machine.
I probably haven't used the correct terminology but hope you can understand what I am wanting to do & be able to help me out
