Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | I have several files with sub folders set up that way, click on "my documents" and create a new file that you right click to rename "oil reports". You then double click on the oil reports file to open it and create as many new folders in it that you rename Machine A- B C etc . Then you should be able to right click on the E mail attachment and left click "save as". This will open a box with a drop down file where you open (double click) My documents / Oil reports / then the folder where you want to save it. When you have that folder open, click the save button in the box and the attachment should be saved in that folder. You can also just save the attachment to the oil reports file and drop and drag it to the correct folder in the Oil reports file. |
