Boog, from what I gather from your post, you want to save every attachment you get to a single file? As in, attachment 1, attachment 2 and attachment 3 all to one file? If this is the case, I know of no way this can be done. As for saving attachments as separate files in a directory, you can do this too. As torn said, create your directory (or directories) then save each attachment in whatever directory you created.

Edited to add: I re-read your post, and still think you want to save all your reports for a single machine to one file. The only way I know of you could do this would be to open the report when it comes in, then cut-and-paste the text from the report into a different file like MS Word. Then you could have a single file containing all the reports for that machine.
