Take a package out in the am ,leave on the counter,ready to cook for supper,done every couple days here,since I was a kid.




That's how we did it growing up. Now do in fridge as have a extra fridge in basement so no biggie on the room.

Usally a day for steaks or maybe 36 hrs. Then get them out and get to room temp. Salt with that big chunky salt then grill or cast pan. If cast pan some olive oil in pan. Get hot do both sides like 2 mins then throw into oven at like 400 degrees and time there depends on if want it bleeding much or not. Ha.
