N FLA | Have a frozen half beef.
Is there any kind of timeline to thaw beef and marinade it in the fridge. I've never had frozen beef except ground. We have alot of problems with fresh store bought beef going bad in the refrigerator as we don't cook it fast enough due to busy schedules.
Thinking about brisket/roast/steaks. All smaller from a small heifer.
