W. Kansas | We did pulled pork at my daughter's graduation party last year. Pretty tough to beat at anywhere from $.99-$1.49/pound. I smoked the butts a couple days in advance, ice bath cooled them and vacuum bagged. Had a friend bring his Blackstone flat-top grill on the day of the party and heated the meat as we went. As we got ahead of the serving line we just moved the pork into a roaster, worked pretty darn good. Guessing we served 70+ people. | |
