Nebraska | So we've entered the 60 day window and my frantic wife says I HAVE to start thinking about our son's graduation. I think I have another 30 days leeway before getting serious but she's being difficult. Any suggestions for the reception? One of those things where everyone's invited but no idea how many will actually show up. Cattle country so everyone usually does brisket or similar beef, I was thinking pulled pork shoulder as it's easy to do right and it'd be something different. Any other dishes? All suggestions welcome.
