East Central Nebraska
Got one coming too. Made it easy and ordered a roaster of some pulled pork from a local caterer. For what he changes, May 15th, I don't have time to cook or jack with it the day before unless we wet, and its going to be good, not just hoping my stuff turns out good. Wife also going to make up a batch of sloppy joes as son wants that. Potato Chips, beans, cake, pop, water and tea. Wife doesn't want beer at graduation. I lost out on that one. Bar is across the street from the hall, so they can go there if they choose. $100 to rent hall, that is a no-brainer too. Also planning our daughters wedding in July. Hopefully the shutdown thing is over. Glad we not in Lincoln or Omaha as I'm not sure what there policies are there, but regardless, we have having both parties even if I have to convert the shop to a wedding hall.
