I agree. Get the abstract updated and store it at abstract office. I have none of mine. I wish my dad would of thought of looking at the abstract of the quarter he bought from the neighbors back in 74. Maybe he would have caught the 13 acres the railroad owned along tracks where old elevator used to be. Bought it twice.
